Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Do not eat raw.
Cook from frozen. Remove from packaging and add to a pan of boiling water. Reduce the heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes, or until tender. Drain well before serving and season to taste. Ensure product is piping hot before consumption.
